Passing the ammo to Weegee

It seems we may be getting more interest in playing CoD4 as a gaming night.
Skull, KillJoy and Newbie great COD4 game guys!

We will be trying to get everyone back onto the list of doing COD4 nights maybe bi-weekely.  We apologize for the silence the past few weeks, but Weeg and everyone else have been concentrating on finishing up finals (and i've got a wedding to plan).

The next few nights will most likely also be on Wednesdays, so try to keep your scheudles open if possible.

Till then!

Heh, yeah I am still going to cut back some though. I think I went off the deep end there for a while.

Does anyone know when/if COD4 will be coming out with a new map pack? It’s getting boring playing the same maps over and over, as is stabbing Scott in the back over and over.

I think your best hope is to convert over to Modern Warfare 2 in November, but I haven't checked out the mapping community lately so I might be talking out my ass.

they basically abandoned CoD4 development about the same time World at War was released.
Pissed most of us off too, the 1.8 patch was supposed to be uber...

I am mostly interested in playing PGR3 and CoD2 at the moment. But i could also go for Battlefield 2 if we made a clan. I would rather shoot myself in the head than play GRAW though.

We tried going back into BF2 but for some reason we just won't stick with it.
Anyone have any other games we all might be interested in as a group?

This is a hard one, as most of the recent FPS tend to do small group multiplayer ala L4D. The alternatives are mostly ones that some of us are just tired of, or so infested with hackers it is almost pointless. I am currently playing CoD4 myself, but I know we have had issues with that in the past.

Well, I know a lot of the guys have gone to Borderlands now, and once again, 4-player only.  If we're doing CoD4 again, I need to reinstall.

We used to do Wednesday or Saturday nights during the year, but yeah, I guess I'd be up for another game night.  Count me in.
